I am Kersten
I am used to leading. That’s why I didn’t notice how much I was working against myself.
I am a PCC accredited coach with decades of experience in self development, both as a participant and as a trainer. My background includes Traintegrative Coaching, resonant language, and needs based approaches, but my work today goes beyond frameworks. It has grown from lived experience.
I am in a long term relationship with my husband and we have two children. I have come far as a woman through entrepreneurship, marriage, motherhood, and living abroad, yet once a month, everything seemed to fall apart.
I turned against myself. I thought something was wrong with me. And honestly, it felt especially painful because I had already done so much inner work.
Engaging with my cycle changed everything. It opened the door to deeper self understanding, more clarity, and a new quality of relationship that is still unfolding.
A different kind of safety with myself began to grow and spread into every area of my life.
I can’t wait to work with you and invite you into this precious dance with yourself and ultimately with your partner, your children, and the world.
